As a Mum of 3 young children, with a weak core following 3 c-sections and not much spare time to work out, I’d been suffering with a bad back for several years. Jenny was amazing! She made me feel relaxed and comfortable whilst she carried out an initial assessment. She talked me through the basics of Pilates and the importance of the breath.
I was astonished to find that paying attention to movement of the affected parts of my body and using my breath as directed could have such a huge impact on how I felt.
Walking out of our sessions I have felt light as a feather, wonderfully relaxed and (perhaps most importantly for me) with no pain in my back! What a wonderful experience – I recommend Jenny and her methods of Pilates to anyone feeling a bit out of kilter and suffering from long term joint pain – it’s like magic!
