My unique style suits those who might be new to exercise, older people and people recovering from injury or illness who are Pregnancy or in Post Partum. My background is in Exercise rehabilitation and Pilates. My philosophy is to encourage clients to feel their bodies and to find the easiest and most comfortable ways to move. I strive for movement ease as appose to work out to break! My way of teaching is to encourage people to connect to their bodies. We work together to create realistic goals. I then will create a program to follow. I include myofasical realise exercises, breathe work and movement ease exercises. I help like clients to improve their quality of life and confidence in their own movement abilities.
